Can ULA/AA give back justice for war crimes in Arakan (Rakhine) State by themself lonely?

Can war crimes in Arakan (Rakhine) state area  be justly handed alone by ULA/AA? My opinion on this case is ULA/AA won't give for all victims of war crimes. Some of cases committed by ULA/AA members can be handed by themself alone. Another cases committed by Myanmar Military won't be handed by ULA/AA without international supports. Because of reasons that even though war crimes cases had occurred in Arakan (Rakhine) state, some victims and doers of war crimes are  legally existentially outside of ULA/AA's control area.

We have a hope on ULA/AA to preventingly protect war crimes in Arakan (Rakhine) State. Because there are benifits for not only civilians in Arakan (Rakhine) State but also civilians in South Asia and Asean regions if ULA/AA preventively protect war crimes.

By positive side of view, ULA/AA have accountability to protect for everybody from facing war crimes in Arakan (Rakhine) State. Because there are base attitude of ULA/AA had publicly stated to do that.

There are some statements of only ULA/AA and also of their alliance to protect civilian from facing war crimes.

Lonely statements of ULA/AA

The records,the documents and evideneces of war crimes committed by Myanmar Army were sent to international organizations by ULA/AA: ULA/AA will take the justice deal with parsons,organizations who understanding and sampathy on them: (ULA/AA statement No.14/2019, date 24-6-2019)

Even though Arakan Army (AA) is revolutionary rebel organization, international norns of wars, Geneva Convention are respectfully obeyed as much exactly as they can: Against the terrorism and to protect it ULA/AA had already prepared to operation with every States and organizations, ULA/AA daringly did announcement to the world they won't operations deal with terrorists: (ULA/AA statement No 17/2019, date 18-7-2019)

Statements of ULA/AA and their alliances

ULA/AA have lines of understanding for war crimes which to be justly hold need international supports. They have political willing to operate with international mechanism for war crimes which had occurred in Arakan (Rakhine) area. A joint statement issued in 28 th of November in 2019 by MNTJP/MNDAA,PLSF/TNLA and ULA/AA described that
" Suit files to Myanmar Miliatary had committed war crimes on Bengali in Northern parts of Arakan (Rakhine) state that Gambia charged against Myanmar under ICJ, that Bangladesh tried to charge under ICC, hearing under Argentina Court on international jurisdiction norn were stood by them.
They are hoping of those international mechanisms will have given justice for injured civilian of Myanmar. They had documents already wanted to operation with persons and organization for war crimes prosecuted within 2009 to 2019 by Myanmar military in areas of Kokhant, Ta ang, Arakan."

War crimes commmitted by some ULA/AA members

Leaders of ULA/AA had worries for aspect of orthers on ULA/AA systematically committed war crimes highlighting their some members had broken the principles and ethic of international norns. They admitted some ULA/AA members committed minor crimes like also orther standard military organization  had had undiscipline.

An authority will give security and safty without discrimination on ethnic, religion for all civilians those living in ULA/AA controlled areas. If some ULA/AA members had wrong actions, as quickly as gave that information to ULA/AA.
ULA/AA didn't committe violent crimes on muslim communities and orther cimmunities. But ULA/AA had some minor wrong actions like orther standard army. ULA/AA has principle to wrong actions to hand. Information cutting off and ignorance for prosecutions of war crimes

Medias displayed ULA/AA had cut off the telecommunications and internet in Arakan (Rakhine) area in middle of November, 2025. Before ULA/AA doing that, Myanmar Military also cut off the telecommunications and internet in that area. ULA/AA had understanding the cutting telecommunications and internet off will support to do war crimes. So, they issued the statement No- 14/2019 in June 24,2019. That statement had " ......... Myanmar telecommunication ministry had ordered to cut date and internet off in battle township areas in Arakan (Rakhine):.................ULA/AA worried for civilians's life in those areas: ULA/AA thought there were to prepare for prosecutions war crimes on civilians by Myanmar military, to cutting information off of real events in ground."

ULA/AA had got remarks to seeking justice such as referring 2 Myanmar Miliatary members to ICC in 2019 for victims of war crimes. That was good comments for ULA/AA have ethic to prevent war crimes. There is will be hoping ULA/AA might hold continuosly that ethic during the moment of cutting telecommunications and internet off.

Rights to expression for unjustice

All civilians in Arakan (Rakhine) area getting silent under some members of ULA/AA who had been disobeying the principles and norns while cutting information off even though ULA/AA had established mechanism for justice. Getting silent for civilians may be field ground of unjustice and impunity. The above paragraph of this article had described that ULA/AA respect the public's rights of expression freedom on unequal and unjustice cases in Aljazeera. Another ULA/AA statement in May 25,2024 issued that " Daringly and openly saying the real truth of ground can check and balance the situation of ground and can friendly build the strong relationships. Can ULA/AA do subjects like as their statement? We were uncomfortably hoping ULA/AA become to adjustably show actions by their words.

Gutarpyin case in 2020 and 2 arrested Myanmar Military members case in 2025

Transparency of military judicial mechanism

There were weak transparency of military judicial mechanism to war crimes had occurred in Arakan (Rakhine). Especially in Myanmar Military judicial mechanism judged Gutarpyin case which 19 Rohingya civilians had been killed by 3 Myanmar military members. International got untrust on Myanmar military due to judgement without transparency. In early 2025, some ULA/AA members had killed 2 Myanmar soilders. Although having ULA/AA admited, there were also untransparency judgement of ULA/AA's judicial mechanism.

Ethics of war will be obeyed by evey militia groups. A militia group can established the military judgement mechanism without external aids. Norns of military judgement mechanism is will never be war crimes again. Therefore,  important things is how judge on war crimes not to be again. ULA/AA shouldn't follow Myanmar military's track. ULA/AA leaders group won't likely see on their organization contrast with ugly figure of Myanmar military when being needed international supports.

ULA/AA had issued statements_ to give justice back for victims of war crimes in Arakan (Rakhine) area by co-operation with international mechanisms. ULA/AA can't hand all war crimes cases occurred in Arakan. ULA/AA leaders group can also see the benifits co-operation with international mechanisms had supported strong judicial power and political goals of future Arakan (Rakhine). ULA/AA must co-operated with international mechanisms to give justice back to victims of war crime because crimes had effected outside of Arakan area though occurring in that area.

So, by a organization had hold attitude to give justice for all, we have been hoping that ULA/AA to more respect the rights of expression on unjustice for civilians and to more transparency on theirself judicial mechanism for war crimes.
